Usually "B" equals medium, "N" of course is for narrow, "C" or "D" is wide (as does "W"). "WW" is extra wide. The best thing to do if you can do it, is to go to the store and just try them on if you can. Not all manufacturers are equal, and some do differ, if only slightly.

you can do that as long as the soles dont leave black marks on the court.
well i guess the thing about volleyball shoes is that it has a good grip so you wont slide on the courts. thats not good because for example if you jump, and slide when you land you can get hurt. but anyways the sliding thing is just not good. another significance about the soles is that it is super shock absorbent.
well anyways you can definitely wear your regular ones, but if you plan on playing for a while (club, school, etc) it would be a good idea to get volleyball shoes

Millions of kangaroos are shot for their skins every year in Australia, and orphaned babies and wounded adults are decapitated or hit sharply on the head to destroy their brains. When hunters kill a mother kangaroo with a baby in her pouch, the baby is often yanked from the mother’s lifeless body and stomped to death or left to writhe in agony. Allowing kangaroo skins to be sold in California would threaten the species’ existence; kangaroo populations have been dwindling and are now the lowest they have been in more than a decade. An increased demand for kangaroo skin will further jeopardize Australia’s dwindling kangaroo populations.
Kangaroos need your voice. Just like dogs, cats, and other animals, kangaroos feel pain and suffer and deserve to be protected from needless suffering and death. The California Senate Natural Resources and Wildlife Committee passed the bill on May 8, allowing it to move forward to voting by the full senate. SB 880 will be voted on by June 8, so kangaroos urgently need your voice.
Please, help stop SB 880 and protect kangaroos by writing to the California Chamber of Commerce, letting it know you oppose SB 880 and will leave California out of your future travel plans if this bill is passed. Remind them that kangaroos are not throw rugs, purses, jackets, or shoes.
