Crocs are popular among adults and kids alike but parents say they pose a safety risk for children and now a lawsuit has been filed involving escalator mutilation. Bianca Solorzano reports.

I can’t parent my children properly so I sue companies instead of actually getting off my fat lazy american butt and doing some parenting.
The host even says it … “think about that stuff”, “be more careful”.
Your society encourages and rewards stupidity not only in the plummeting “education” system but the legal system as well with this sort of lawsuit where the company is being held responsible for the failings of the parents.

i cannot believe ppl are blaming Crocs for this… It’s just plain STUPID. There are many other types of shoes, sandals, flip flops out there are soft enough to get caught in escalators too. Ppl are just plain IGNORANT. Serve them right. Shoes with loosely tied laces on childrens feet are also pure dangers. SO WHAT MAN…. WHAT THE !

another ty news story. Sounds to me like the story should be about how escalators are unsafe for children. I don’t think the Crocs hurt anyone, the escalator did. Lawyers and reporters are the scum of the earth.

Everyone is upset …
Everyone is upset with Crocs if the parents took more time to make sure their children were not being the spawn of the devil while riding esculators maybe accidents wouldnt happen. Looks like a bunch of people trying to make a quick dollar to me. Crocs have changed my life cause I have no more back leg or ankle pain and thanks to Crocs I am now walking everyday and becoming more healthy cause of it. Follow me on Twitter at gill_879. They need to have warning signs for everything wich is why for example on my cars manual the fist 12 pages is allsorts of diffrent warnings about this and that most of them so obvious u realy need to be a retard to do such things. Yeah bleam the shoes for stupidity of kids using an escalator yeah a place for annother warning dont stick your toes on the eacalator while wearing crocks. Any normal person would not do that with any shoes.
