What kind of shoes suit a person with small fat feet?

(: i kinda grew weirdly. i have a long waist. and short legs.. i also have small hands and SMALL FEET.

except there small fat feet. i was wondering what kind of shoes would suit me?

e.g; ballet flats (wear them too much) — its for my fairwell.
thongs? (: im not too sure… help plz.
im wearing a red dress (: silver shoes would look good.
