Where can I find materials to design shoes?

Hi everyone,
I am planning to start a women’s footwear bussiness and I need to create few first models to start the collection.
Because there will be probably no more than 20 pairs. Where can I find suppliers for shoe parts?…e.g (Heels, sole, leather?)
I will apppreciate if someone could point me out some good websites or places.
