On the highly acclaimed 17 years long running Jeff Davis Show, Deborah Stevens from the Three Shoes Posse Band interviews members of the Rainbow Family who were kidnapped at gunpoint, aulted, tortured, falsely imprisoned in a chemically toxic environment, never even charged with a crime, then thrust out without shirts or shoes into a remote rural area by U.S. Federal Agents of the “National Incident Management Team” at the 2007 Rainbow Gathering in Arkansas.
This rogue group of Federal Natl’ Forestry Agents is organized and funded under the Patriot Act and Homeland Security. The Rainbow Gatherings have been declared “national incidents” by the Bush Administration and Fema has organized Federal Agents including U.S. Martials, and they are implementing martial law at these peaceful gatherings along with mobile kangaroo magistrate courts that convene 600 trials a day and many people are not charged with a crime or even have a hearing.

protect the land? i was at a rainbow gathering and there was like supposedly 1 incident of sexual ault in 30 thousand people.. and this is supposedly what happened.. only problems ur gonna see at a gathering is generally nothing that rainbow kids cant take care of themselves

You’ve never seen the USFS aiming their weapons at children, or firing on a man carrying a child on his back. You’ve never seen them make their way into Kiddy Village and tackle a woman for no reason, before turning and firing their weapons at people teling them to please cover their weapons from the eyes of children. I had my car ripped …
I had my car ripped apart because a dog they walked around my car barked when the cop tapped its shoulder they tore my dashboard out and lost some parts broke 200 cigarettes in half to see if there was drugs in them (dont know why they couldnt have the dog smell them to see….) ticketed for having a head light out . during the day…. I was on my way to get a replacement bulb got pulled over for going under the speed limit because the cop was literally 3 feet off my bumber with highbeams on

Fact is…You aren’t allowed to do anything in williamson county UNLESS you’re either a part of the structure or a member of the rich white upper class redneckist elite. It all has something to do with the number of farm subsidy dollars that come to wilco from the federal government and the families that live off of them,not to mention the “Fire and Brimstone” church idiots that try to force their FAKE beliefs upon the populace in order to enlarge their “GODGANG” membership and increase revenue.

No you didn’t, but other rainbow people have. Point being that the forest service is there to protect things, one of them being the rights of others, (including the rights of rainbow youth who tag along, or whose mothers dosed them — yes I saw it happen), another being the forest itself. You couldnt even create this “utopia” without the support of the outside “babylon” for supplies. Nor the forest service which maintains it, hence the permits.

I’m quoting your own lawyer’s statement re: the required permit. He didn’t deny that validity of the permit, only that your group which has no legal entity behind it, & cannot therefore comply. You should consult a constitutional lawyer, because should there be random fires, or violence, or drugs, or medical issues (even if its only a few people - you and I both know these things do happen!) that opens the argument that it is not a “peacable embly” and may therefore be unconstitutional.

I am also filing criminal charges for attempted murder against the forest service official who nearly murdered the innocent person in the water with a taser.

And I didn’t blame the park service for “not getting” somewhere fast enough. However I do blame them for nearly killing someone for tasering them in the water when all that person was doing was walking across the shallow part of the river.

Perhaps you should read the first amendment of our constitution: We DO INDEED have the right of freedom of embly on public grounds. We were NOT in a national park, we were on national forest land, there is a difference. We do not need a permit, we are guaranteed freedom of embly on public grounds. Perhaps you should know a little more about your rights.

You did not have a permit, it was an illegal gathering. You do have the freedom to emble, but not whenever, wherever, doing whatever, with no accountability. Notice the term “liability” in that lawyer’s statement? Has anyone ever overdosed at a RG, on illegal drugs? Of course. When that happens you blame the park service for not getting there fast enough. Kind of ironic.

Officer Leonard …
Officer Leonard Stewart (11138) placed me under false arrest and tried to trump up a fake charge though I was doing nothing but minding my own business. Obviously they had to let me go but not without much intimidation, harrassment and physical abuse. He is a criminal that needs to be put in prison. The way Leonard Stewart touched me obviously pleasured him too much so I am guessing he is a closet self hating…well you know.
