What type of tennis shoes should an avid tennis player get?

Posted on Sep 25, 2009 under shoes |

So far the Nike Air Max Court Ballistec 1.2 shoes are the ones I’m leaning towards. I’m trying to find a decent tennis shoe that is durable/lightweight and no more than $80. I just started playing tennis again so I’m not really sure which shoes are good.

any pair of shoes that are light, have a good sole and are comfortable!

At 16 ounces, the Ballistec 1.2, is not all that light. I think the Adidas Barricade V or the Barricade II (lighter) are one of the best tennis shoes you can get. And the Barricade V’s come with a 6 month warranty on the outsoles. Good luck!

i just started playing too, shoes with good grips and that are comfortable all around are perfect, wouldn’t think too much about weight if you just started

try the tennis brand shoes such as: babolat, head, or wilson. A lot of boys who play usually have the babolat team all court 4 shoes. heres a link…http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageMSBAB-BMTAC4.html#
